California Investigators Review New Allegations against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing fresh legal scrutiny as investigators in California review new accusations tied to two alleged incidents. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that its Special Victims Bureau has opened an inquiry after receiving a report that originated in Florida earlier this year.

According to ABC News, the complaint was first filed in September with the Largo Police Department. It was transferred to Los Angeles authorities on November 14 because the events described by the accuser, a male music producer, were said to have occurred in California.

The filing outlines two separate allegations. The producer claims the first incident happened in February 2020, when Combs allegedly pleasured himself in front of him and asked him to “finish him off.“ The second claim involves what the producer describes as a March 2021 encounter in which he says C. J. Wallace drove him to a location where two men placed something over his head before Diddy “forced” himself on him.

Wallace has pushed back forcefully against the accusations. On November 12, he filed a lawsuit describing the claims as “wildly false and defamatory” and part of a “calculated smear campaign.” His legal team argues that he had no involvement in any such encounter and that the allegations were fabricated.

Combs’s attorney, Jonathan Davis, issued a similar denial in comments to NBC News, saying the music executive “categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone.” Davis said the allegations are baseless and should not be given weight until investigators complete their review.

The new claims emerge at a time when Combs is serving a 50-month federal sentence following his 2024 conviction on transportation charges. His expected release date is June 4, 2028. The date was extended from May 8 after reports of rule violations while in custody, including accusations of drinking and participating in a three-way call. His representatives dispute the reports and continue to stress that his “sobriety and self-discipline are priorities.”

The inquiry by Los Angeles authorities adds another layer of legal pressure for Combs, whose public image has been clouded by multiple allegations over the past year. Although no charges have been filed in connection with the new claims, the transfer of the complaint to the Special Victims Bureau signals that the accusations are being taken seriously.

As the investigation moves forward, both sides appear prepared for a lengthy legal battle. Combs’s team maintains that the accusations are manufactured, while the producer who filed the complaint insists the events occurred as described. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has not announced a timeline for concluding its review.
