Ronnie Radke, the frontman of Falling in Reverse, has filed for a temporary restraining order against Brittany Furlan, the wife of Tommy Lee, according to court documents. The filing follows months of public and private tension linked to an alleged catfishing incident that has spilled across social media and into the courts.
Radke claims the situation began after he publicly disclosed that Furlan had been communicating with a Snapchat account impersonating him. According to his filing, once he made that information public and stopped responding to messages, Furlan’s behavior allegedly escalated.
Court documents obtained by TMZ state that Radke believes Furlan began harassing him after he cut off communication. He alleges the conduct went beyond online exchanges and became physical. According to the filing, Furlan allegedly drove to his home and sat outside. Radke further claims she later appeared unannounced at a med spa appointment he was attending, where she allegedly stared at him, making him uncomfortable.

Radke also submitted screenshots to the court that he says show messages sent by both Furlan and Lee, confronting him about the alleged online interaction. He maintains throughout the filing that the Snapchat account in question was not his and insists he never communicated privately with Furlan in any capacity.
The controversy has continued to evolve online. According to reports, Furlan recently revisited the situation publicly, suggesting she was not catfished and implying Radke himself may have been behind the Snapchat account. That claim directly contradicts Radke’s assertions in court.

Furlan’s attorney, Lou Shapiro, forcefully rejected Radke’s allegations. He described the restraining order request as “frivolous” and said Furlan is “the only victim of harassment.” Shapiro added that legal action would be taken to defend his client and to seek protection from Radke.
The dispute first became public in May, when Radke accused Lee of threatening him over the situation. Around the same time, Furlan acknowledged that she had exchanged messages with someone she believed to be Radke during what she described as a difficult period in her marriage. She later said she told her husband everything about the interaction.
With both sides standing firm and legal filings now involved, the case remains unresolved as the feud continues to play out both in court and in the public eye.
