Katie Holmes and Bobby Wooten III’s relationship is heating up.
Over the weekend, the couple took to the streets of New York City for a casual bike ride and a lunch date.
The actress, 43, and musician were seen locking lips on Sunday while dressed casually for a spring outing.
The couple was previously seen out and about in New York in late April, kissing and holding hands as they rode the subway and visited the Guggenheim Museum and Central Park, as per reports of Yahoo.
During an April outing, Holmes and Wooten were seen with the actress’s mother, Kathy Holmes. Kathy was seen hugging Wooten.
Wooten and a Holmes representative have not responded to PEOPLE’s requests for comment on their relationship.
A source told PEOPLE of Wooten in April, “He’s an amazing guy, very kind, super talented, and just an all-around cool guy.”
“He’s a highly accomplished bassist and musician, and is as chill and brilliant and funny as they come,” the insider added.
Wooten is currently performing as the bass player in Moulin Rouge! The Musical was recently performed at Coachella with Carly Rae Jepsen.
He has previously been nominated for a Grammy Award, is an adjunct instructor at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and is from Chicago — a Midwest transplant like Holmes, who grew up in Toledo, Ohio.
Holmes was previously married to Tom Cruise, with whom she shares daughter Suri, 16, and was known for her role as Joey Potter in Dawson’s Creek and performances in films such as Batman Begins, Pieces of April, and Thank You for Smoking.
The actress-director, who was engaged to Chris Klein in the early 2000s, was later linked to Jamie Foxx for several years before the couple split up in 2019.
She recently dated Emilio Vitolo. The actress and Vitolo, 34, were first seen on a date in early September 2020 at his New York City family restaurant Emilio’s Ballato.
“They split several weeks ago. There was no drama,” a source told Harpers Bazaar of the pair the following May after their breakup.
