Lily Allen has confirmed she is in a new relationship with Jonah Freud, the great-great-grandson of famed psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud, nearly a year after her split from David Harbour.
The singer revealed the news in a recent interview with Grazia, casually referring to Freud as “my boyfriend” when asked who she last texted.
The pair had already sparked speculation after being spotted together in Paris and Rome and attending Paris Fashion Week side by side.
Allen’s new romance follows the release of her deeply personal album West End Girl, which explored the breakdown of her marriage to Harbour. Written and recorded in just 10 days, the project marked a raw and vulnerable chapter for the artist.

She previously described the record as “not a cruel album,” explaining that it was created during an emotional period rather than as a commercial strategy.
The album has since become a major success, earning critical acclaim, landing at No. 13 on NME’s 50 Best Albums of 2025 list, and helping launch a largely sold-out tour. Her track Pussy Palace also secured a spot among the year’s standout songs.
Allen is now preparing to embark on a UK theatre and arena tour, kicking off at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow before heading to cities including Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham. She will also play three nights at the London Palladium and a major date at The O2 in June.

With a new relationship and a career resurgence underway, Allen appears to be entering a fresh chapter both personally and professionally.
