Marc Anthony and Nadia Ferreira plan to marry just two months after becoming Instagram official.
According to Eonline, Ferreira, who finished first runner-up for Paraguay in the Miss Universe pageant in December, posted a photo of the two holding hands on her Instagram Story on Thursday. He had a black band tattooed on his ring finger — a holdover from his relationship with Jennifer Lopez when he had her initials inked on him — while Ferreira wore a stunning rock on her ring finger. She captioned it, “Engagement Partyyyyy!!!,” with a ring emoji, and she tagged the singer.
When the soon-to-be newlyweds were spotted vacationing together in Mexico City earlier this year, they sparked romance rumors. She recently shared a photo of them celebrating her 23rd birthday at Walt Disney World.
Anthony, 53, has been married three times: from 2000 to 2004, to former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres; from 2004 to 2014, to Jennifer Lopez; and from 2014 to 2017, to Shannon De Lima. In 1998, he was also engaged to actress Claudette Lali. The “I Need to Know” singer has six children with former partners, four of whom are adults, including ex-girlfriend Debbie Rosado; his twins Lopez, Max, and Emme, are 14 years old.
According to a jewelry expert who spoke with Page Six, Ferreira’s new jewelry is estimated to cost $500,000 USD. According to Mike Fried, CEO of the Diamond Pro, it’s “at least 10 carats,”.
Anthony’s announcement comes about a month after Lopez revealed that she has accepted another marriage proposal from actor and director Ben Affleck. The Gigli stars got engaged in 2002, but they called off their wedding in 2003 before breaking up in 2004.
