Ted Cruz Can’t Understand Why All These ‘Hot Women’ Love Pete Davidson: “How come that dude gets all of these, like, hot women?”

Apologies in advance for making you listen to the Texas senator fantasize about Kate Beckinsale in a leather trench coat

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) is keeping busy by wondering why so many female celebs want to fuck Pete Davidson instead of tackling the growth of hate-based extremism or the newborn formula shortage affecting America — you know, things government officials are supposed to spend their time figuring out.

Cruz went full Nice Guy in a section on his Verdict With Ted Cruz podcast about “toxic femininity” (whatever that is), wondering what Davidson has that other man don’t.

“How come that dude gets all of these, like, hot women?” the senator asked. “Pete Davidson was dating Kate Beckinsale — I mean, you’re talking Underworld. You’re talking, like, a super-hot vampire in a black leather trench coat, and you’re like, ‘Really? The SNL dude? Like, wow.” (Yes, Ted. It’s truly a mystery why women of this caliber are attracted to a young, charming comedian and aren’t flinging themselves at someone so determined to strip American women of their bodily autonomy.)

As per Daily mail reports, whereas Jack Harlow can get away with being horny on main, it’s not always a good idea for politicians. Perhaps Cruz has already forgotten about the time his official Twitter account was caught liking pornographic tweets — however, unlike that blunder, Ol’ Ted can’t put this blatant act of perviness on a rogue employee. Maybe he forgot that his campaign crew accidentally cast a softcore porn actress in one of his 2016 campaign ads.

This isn’t the first time Cruz has used his podcast to discuss less-than-savory themes. During a discussion, last month about Disney’s response to Florida’s controversial “Don’t Say Gay” bill, the senator questioned whether LGBTQ advocates merely wanted to see “Mickey and Pluto going at it.”

Meanwhile, Davidson is likely busy with something else. According to sources, the Saturday Night Live star will leave the long-running sketch show following the season finale this weekend.
