Bhad Bhabie has opened up to fans about a troubling update in her ongoing cancer journey.
The 22 year old rapper shared the news on X on Saturday with a short but emotional message about what she had just learned from her doctor.
“Bad news from my doctor yesterday, god has the last say so not my cancer,” she wrote.
The artist whose real name is Danielle Bregoli first went public with her diagnosis in November 2024. At the time she addressed speculation about her weight loss by explaining it was linked to her treatment.
“I’m sorry my cancer medicine made me loose [sic] weight,” she wrote on Instagram Stories back then. “I’m slowly gaining back. So, stop running [with] the worst narratives 💕.”
Since then she has kept most details about her health private. She has not shared what type of cancer she is facing or the specifics of her treatment plan, though a family source previously confirmed she was receiving medical care.

Many fans still remember Bregoli from her breakout moment in 2016 when she appeared on Dr. Phil in a segment titled “I Want to Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried to Frame Me for a Crime.”
During that episode she delivered the now iconic line that quickly spread across the internet.
“Catch me outside, that’s what I always do and they never catch me. Ain’t nobody gonna catch me. Cash me outside, how ‘bout dat.”
That moment pushed her into viral fame and eventually led to a music career that helped reshape her public image.
In the middle of her health battle she has also stepped into a new role in her personal life. In March 2024 she welcomed her daughter Kali Love with ex boyfriend Le Vaughn.
Later during a podcast interview she spoke about how motherhood has changed her outlook.
“The things that make me happy are just being a mom,” she said, adding that her daughter “has my attitude.”
Her latest update has drawn support from followers as she continues treatment while balancing her career and life as a new mother.
