More than a year after ending their relationship, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have officially finalized their divorce, with newly filed court documents outlining how the former couple will divide their wealth and responsibilities moving forward.
According to filings signed on March 16 and obtained by E! News, Alba and Warren agreed to split all community property accumulated during their 16-year marriage equally. The agreement covers a wide range of shared assets, including investments, real estate holdings, stocks, and financial interests connected to several ventures.
One of the most notable shared business ties involves The Honest Company, the lifestyle and consumer brand Alba launched that grew into a major business during their marriage.
The settlement also details specific financial arrangements between the two. As part of the agreement, Alba will pay Warren $5 million from the sale of one of their jointly owned homes. In addition, $500,000 will be set aside specifically to cover expenses related to their children.

Court records further show that both Alba and Warren will receive portions of each other’s earnings that were generated during the marriage. This includes income streams such as Alba’s acting residuals and Warren’s producing profits from projects completed while they were together.
The couple, who share three children, also reached an agreement regarding parenting responsibilities. According to the filing, they will maintain joint legal custody, meaning both parents will continue to share decision-making authority regarding major aspects of their children’s lives.
Notably, the agreement states that no child support payments will be required at this time. The two also mutually agreed to waive any future claims for spousal support, closing the door on potential alimony requests later on.
The settlement marks the official conclusion of a relationship that lasted nearly two decades. Alba and Warren first met in 2004 and went on to build both a family and several shared ventures over the years.

Although the divorce finalizes the legal aspects of their separation, both have already begun moving forward in their personal lives. Alba previously shared reflective messages on social media about embracing change and focusing on personal growth after the end of the marriage.
Those posts emphasized themes of renewal and new beginnings, suggesting the actress is entering a new chapter after the split.
With the divorce now finalized, the former couple appears to have resolved financial and parenting matters in a way that allows them to co-parent while pursuing separate paths in their personal and professional lives.
