Minka Kelly and Trevor Noah, host of The Daily Show, have decided to call it quits, according to People. According to a source close to both Kelly and Noah, the pair quietly ended things some time ago. “They have been broken up for a while,” stated the source.
Kelly is “single” and content, according to a second source. “[She] has the best attitude,” claimed the source.
“She is very happy. She’d rather be single than waste her time with the wrong guy.”
According to Elle, Kelly and Noah have not reacted to the breakup news. They first started dating in 2020. They broke up temporarily in May 2021 before reuniting that June.
“[They’re] not officially back together [but are] figuring things out,” a source told People then.
A source echoed that sentiment to Entertainment Tonight on June 7, 2021. “Trevor and Minka are taking things day by day,” that source said. “They’re spending more time together and are both happy. Their feelings for each other never really went away and after taking some space, they realized they missed each other.”
In the winter of 2022, Kelly and Noah made their Instagram relationship official. She shared a photo with him in January while on holiday with him in his home country of South Africa. “Take a trip to South Africa. Find friends like these. Have the holiday of a lifetime. Thank you, Mzansi 🙏🏼❤️” Kelly wrote.
During their two-year relationship, Kelly and Noah chose to keep their romance mostly quiet. In interviews, the couple never mentioned each other.
Kelly’s most recent Instagram post, two days ago, showed her surfing on vacation. “first-time wake surfing so I wasn’t confident enough to let go of the rope. next time tho! 🏄🏻♀️” she wrote.
Kelly shared a photo of herself on a trip—this time to Mexico—when she and Noah first took a vacation. “when it feels good to feel good 🌴” she captioned a shot of herself then.
