Candace Cameron Bure is making it clear she is not going anywhere when it comes to her friendship with Lori Loughlin.
The Full House alum, 49, says she is still fully supportive of Loughlin, 61, as Loughlin reportedly navigates a major personal change, her separation from husband Mossimo Giannulli.
Bure attended the 33rd Annual Movieguide Faith & Values Awards Gala on Friday, Feb. 6, where she confirmed she has stayed in touch with her longtime friend during this period.
“I talked to Lori,” Bure told People. “She’s one of my dearest friends, so I’m always there for her.”
The update comes after reports surfaced in October claiming Loughlin and Giannulli had separated after nearly 28 years of marriage. The couple shares two daughters, Olivia Jade, 26, and Isabella Rose, 27.

At the time, Loughlin’s representative said the two were living apart and taking a break, and that no legal proceedings were underway.
Sources later told People that the past several years have been especially difficult for the couple, with much of the stress reportedly linked to the fallout from the 2019 college admissions scandal.
Both Loughlin and Giannulli pleaded guilty to fraud-related charges after prosecutors accused them of paying $500,000 in an effort to secure their daughters’ admission to the University of Southern California. Loughlin served two months in prison, while Giannulli served five.
According to insiders, their relationship never fully bounced back after they went through the legal consequences together. More recently, another source said the two are now living completely separate lives and are in very different emotional states.
Through all of it, Bure has consistently remained in Loughlin’s corner, both publicly and privately. She has previously spoken about their bond and how they continue to support each other no matter what happens, even referring to Loughlin as “family.”
For fans who remember their Full House days, it is another reminder that their friendship is still going strong, even after decades and a whole lot of real life outside the spotlight.
