Blake Lively’s longtime driver has come forward with allegations describing a deeply unsettling conversation he claims to have overheard involving Justin Baldoni during the production of It Ends With Us, according to newly unsealed court documents.
In a deposition released this week, Kevin Alexander alleged that Baldoni engaged in an explicit discussion about his sexual relationships with women while riding in a vehicle that also included Lively and another individual. Alexander said the conversation was so disturbing that it distracted him while driving and left a lasting impression.
According to Alexander, Baldoni spoke repeatedly about sexual encounters in a way that felt inappropriate for a professional setting. The driver claimed Baldoni made remarks suggesting both that women had “forced themselves” on him and that he had “forced himself” on women, statements Alexander said he found alarming. He emphasized that this was the first time he had ever met Baldoni.

Alexander said the nature of the conversation stood out because it was unsolicited and unusually graphic for an initial meeting. He alleged that Baldoni continued discussing his sexual experiences throughout the car ride, prompting Alexander to disengage from the conversation due to discomfort.
After arriving at the production office, Alexander claimed he immediately expressed concern to Lively. According to the deposition, he told the actress that the interaction had made him uneasy and that something about Baldoni did not feel right. He also noted his surprise upon later learning that Baldoni was a producer on the film.
The alleged exchange was first referenced publicly in December 2024, when legal tensions between Lively and Baldoni became known. Speculation about discord between the It Ends With Us co-stars had been circulating months earlier, ahead of the film’s August 2024 release.
By December, Lively filed a complaint with the California Department of Civil Rights, accusing Baldoni of fostering a hostile work environment on set. She later filed a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and additional misconduct. Baldoni has denied all allegations and previously filed a countersuit against Lively, which was dismissed earlier this year. Lively’s lawsuit remains ongoing.

Alexander’s deposition is among more than 180 documents unsealed as the case moves forward. Other filings include text messages and communications involving Baldoni, Lively, and individuals in their respective circles, including several high-profile figures connected to the actress.
Legal experts note that the unsealing of documents is often a strategic move in high-stakes litigation. Attorney Rachael Bennett has previously stated that parties may attempt to keep records sealed to limit reputational fallout, particularly when third parties are involved.
Lively and Baldoni are currently expected to face off in court later this spring, as the closely watched case continues to unfold.
